By using Reboz's Punt services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Reboz's Punt provides pet care services including boarding, day care, grooming, and related services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or customer at our discretion.

Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are subject to availability
  • Payment is required at the time of service or as agreed
  • Deposits for extended stays are non-refundable but transferable
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers

Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours notice required for day care and short-term boarding
  • 7 days notice required for extended stay bookings
  • Cancellations within these windows may incur a 50% fee
  • Emergency situations are handled individually

Pet Requirements

All pets must:

  • Be up-to-date on required vaccinations
  • Be in good health (we reserve the right to refuse sick animals)
  • Be non-aggressive toward people and other animals
  • Have current emergency contact information on file

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety, you acknowledge that:

  • Pet boarding and care involve inherent risks
  • We are not liable for illness, injury, or death except in cases of proven negligence
  • You are responsible for any damage your pet causes to our facility or other animals
  • We maintain comprehensive liability insurance

Medical Care

In the event of a medical emergency, we will:

  • Attempt to contact you immediately
  • Follow your veterinary authorization instructions
  • Seek appropriate veterinary care if we cannot reach you
  • You are responsible for all veterinary costs incurred

Photography and Media

By using our services, you grant us permission to photograph your pet for operational purposes. We will not use images for marketing without your explicit consent.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
